Terms and Conditions.

Thank you for choosing East Side Supply (ESS). Our goal is to provide reliable, professional service while making it easy to keep your workplace stocked with the essentials your team needs. The following Terms & Conditions outline our ordering, payment, delivery, and return policies.

Ordering

Customers may place orders through our online store using a valid debit or credit card.

Orders received by 8:00 PM (ET) for in-stock items are eligible for next business day delivery within our standard service area.

Customers requesting Net 15 or Net 30 payment terms must complete and receive approval for a Commercial Customer Account Application before credit terms are extended.

Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

• Major Credit & Debit Cards

• American Express

• ACH Bank Transfers

• Business Checks (approved commercial accounts)

• Approved Net 15 / Net 30 Terms

If a credit card processing fee applies, it will be clearly disclosed prior to payment. ACH payments may be available at a reduced processing cost.

Invoices for approved credit accounts are due according to the agreed payment terms. Late payments may be subject to finance charges where permitted by law.

Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery

Orders containing products currently in our inventory and received by 8:00 PM qualify for next business day delivery, Monday through Friday, generally between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, product availability, or other unforeseen circumstance.

Free Stocking Service

As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, East Side Supply can place products directly into your designated storage or break room whenever possible at no additional charge. 

Requested Products

Need something you don't see in our online store?

Customers may submit a product request through our website. We review requests promptly and, whenever possible, add commonly requested items to our regular product catalog.

Special Order Items

Some products require sourcing directly from manufacturers or specialty distributors.

Special Order items may require additional processing time and are subject to supplier availability.

Customers will receive an invoice once the product has been sourced. Orders are processed after payment unless alternative payment terms have been approved.

Emergency Procurement Service

When unexpected situations arise, East Side Supply can assist with sourcing and delivering urgently needed workplace supplies.

Emergency Procurement may include items not regularly stocked by East Side Supply.

Availability depends on product availability, scheduling, and delivery capacity.

Emergency Procurement requests may be subject to additional service fees.

Returns & Damaged Products

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact East Side Supply as soon as possible.

Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.

Refunds or exchanges are subject to product condition and approval.

Perishable, custom-ordered, or Special Order items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in supplier costs and product availability.

While we strive for accuracy, East Side Supply reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, or product description errors.

Service Area

Delivery is available throughout our designated service area in the Greater Pittsburgh Metropolitan region.

Orders outside our standard delivery area may require additional delivery charges or minimum purchase requirements.

Limitation of Liability

East Side Supply's responsibility is limited to the replacement or refund of products that are damaged, defective, or not delivered as agreed, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supplier shortages, traffic conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
